About the Image(s)

This photograph was taken last year on a summer morning before sunrise. The dense fog at the beach gave it a magical feeling. I was photographing the landscape at very low shutter speed to make the water smooth but when I saw these pelicans flying in I quickly changed my settings and focused on the birds as they flew through the open space between the two sea stacks. I converted the original to B&W and changed the sliders under exposure to get the final image.
