November 2026 - The Bees Making Honey
About the Image(s)
Nikon Z50 Z 28-400, f4-8 VR lens
Exposure 1/50 sec
ISO 12800
I was at the Sweet Briar Nature Center in Smithtown, NY. They had these bees behind glass, but I was able to get a pretty good picture of them.
I sharpened and added contrast to the bees. I upscaled the image and denoised it, in order to get more detail. I use On1 software and Topaz AI to edit my images.

The focus is great. There are so many of them! Is that honey? Posted: 11/01/2026 11:18:25
