About the Image(s)

On Halloween evening, I sat with a large bowl of candy waiting for the Trick-or-Treaters to show up. They didn't. Faced with the choice of eating more chocolate or taking a season-appropriate photograph, I went to my unfinished basement and snapped this self-portrait. My wife said not to post it.

Overhead LED ceiling lights, camera on tripod, cable release in hand. Canon R5, ISO 2500, 1/125 sec, 24-105 lens at 50mm and f4.

In-camera double exposure. Cropped in LR and converted to mono for that gritty vibe.
