This small town in the mountains near the Mexico border features an old west downtown. I liked the dusk light here, but I wish there was more going on.

We usually complain about all those tourists getting into our pictures! In this case, I agree that some action on the street would make the image stronger. The shapes, lighting, sky are all perfect and the road/double yellow line guide us into the frame. I'm just missing that little added oomph to grab/hold my interest. Posted: 11/01/2026 20:47:47
How "lucky" to find an empty street.
