I like the little ponds/lakes, and I think you did a good job with the composition. Greens are always hard to work with, but I would try saturating the picture more, and perhaps a little more contrast. I recommend applying a vignette and darkening down the outer edges a bit, then lighten the center. The palm trees in the left of center are nicely lit, and I would brighten the rest of the lakes and the building along the right-center to match in luminosity.

Mike, this is a nice overall depiction of this picturesque location. I think the angle and the lighting are fine. I think you could make this image more appealing by incorporating some or all of Drema's suggestions. Brighten up the center, maybe increase the overall contrast, increase the color saturation (green - yellow), and darken the edges.
