About the Image(s)

This photo was created with one of my favorite models. Every time we work together, I see it as a creative challenge to reveal something new in her, to capture different emotions, a fresh expression, or a unique gaze. Even though we have collaborated many times, I always strive to make each portrait distinct and meaningful. For this image, I chose a black-and-white presentation because I believe it enhances the atmosphere and emotional depth of the portrait. Without the distraction of color, the viewer's attention is drawn to the model's expression, her eyes, and the mood of the moment. To me, black and white gives the photograph a timeless quality and strengthens the emotional connection between the subject and the viewer.

Haunting photo, I like it. Her eyes capture the moment, extremely sharp. Nice cropping, if cropped at all.   Posted: 07/10/2026 20:52:11

Very moody photo and those eyes are amazing. I agree black & white helps the viewer feel the emotion you wanted to express. Nice photo.   Posted: 07/15/2026 20:23:17

This is a lovely portrait Hanna. Nicely done!
I agree it has a haunting quality.
My only other comment is that for me, the highlight in her left eye is off-putting.
