About the Image(s)
On my very last paddle before the kayak had to be put away for the winter, I came upon an eagle engrossed in his lunch. Normally I never go out in the middle of the day - the sun is usually too bright, and there are too many boats around. Fortunately, it was pretty quiet. This guy was sitting on a stump in the middle of a bay, but suddenly decided to fly about 20 yards away when I got this landing. I should have had the shutter speed faster, but it was at 1/1250 sec; ISO 400; 226 mm and F/7. I like how his wings and talons were captured, but quite disappointed in the blur of his head. I tried to mask it and used clarity, texture, and toned down the highlights and exposure on it, but it still isn't great. I look forward to your thoughts on this.... thanks.
