About the Image(s)

I'm fairly confident this is Mount Wilbur, elevation 9,321 feet, in the Many Glacier area of Glacier National Park. The winding waterway in the foreground is almost certainly Swiftcurrent Creek, The National Park Service describes Mount Wilbur as one of the dominant peaks overlooking the Swiftcurrent Valley.
The Road to the Sun was closed the entire time we were there due to fires, so we were limited in what we could shoot and had stopped for a roadside break when I wandered off and walked down off the side of the road and jut grabbed a quick shot. I’d love to go back to Glacier but it’s not in the cards ??“ it’s just too far from Tucson.
