About the Image(s)
Penrhyn Castle is a 19th century construction in Wales. Externally it’s not very impressive, but the interior is a different story. The walls, ceilings and staircases are ornately carved, making for some interesting photographs, I think.

Wow, talk about details. You wonder how many days and nights it took to do the ceiling. Very impressive.   Posted: 10/13/2025 13:57:02
Excellent details nicely captured. And such variety from a narrow view. You made very good use of the natural light illuminating the ceiling and supports. I would not change anything. Good job.

I agree with almost all the above (I'd make a slight crop) and love the way you have turned something simple into something much more from an artistic point of view. The texture is superb as is the tonal range. The radial lines lead to the solid ornate post making it a strong focal point. The crop I'd make is so that the railing bottom left ended on the edge of the frame as per my edited version. This is subjective and it is only my opinion. I would be keen to hear what others think of that. Notwithstanding it is an excellent image.   Posted: 10/18/2025 10:58:55
