About the Image(s)
Every year in December, with the occasion of Art Bassel in Miami Beach, a lot of cultural activities happen in Miami. Wall painting artist are invited to Wynwood to paint a new creation over a previous year painting that did not get awarded which would then stay for longer periods or until the year book is printed. This artist was giving the final touches to his creations. The Original shows the completed wall from a different vantage point.
Used a Nikon Z8 with the Nikkor Z zoom lens 24-200 mm f/4-6.3 @ 200 mm and these settings: ISO 560, f/10 and 1/320 sec. The image was PP in LightRoom and cropped.

Great shot. I'm not sure what it is that he is creating but to me it looks like a lot of sheets out to dry. Guess I have no imagination.   Posted: 10/04/2025 17:43:04
Isaac - The angle of your photo tells the story well. We are able to see the artist create his work and also seeing what he is painting. I wondered about the sign behind him. While I don't get the reference, it nicely frames the artist where the banner meets the wall. The artist's skin color and the blue lift help add vibrance to the photo.
