About the Image(s)
One more photo of Greece. Outside the Acropolis Museum, celebrating an August full moon night. Among the many entertainments for the big full moon was the one for kids. The puppet is always creative, and something spontaneous always happens. Tech stuff: f/7.1, 1/50 sec., ISO 6400, 24mm focal length, 3.6 aperture, pattern metering.

Story well told and captured with all the elements in place. The audience is mesmerised and their faces say it all. Well done Marevi.   Posted: 10/14/2025 11:39:39

Good story, the lady looks like a magician and can captivate her audience. Well-framed, well-captured image. Great colour balance. Good work.   Posted: 10/18/2025 05:29:09

Marevi, you've captured a truly engaging moment that draws the viewer in and encourages them to explore every part of the photograph. At first glance, our attention goes to the puppet and the puppeteer, whose right arm extends toward the three children. It's intriguing that only one child is focused on the puppet, while the middle child appears to be pointing out something in the bushes to the girl on the right. The couple with a child in the top left corner helps to balance the composition against the presence of the puppeteer. I do have one question: What was your reasoning behind lightening the sky rather than leaving it black?   Posted: 10/19/2025 17:00:55
Trey, thank you for your comments. As about the sky, my thought was to have a balance to the enlighted bush. I tried it in dark but finaly I decided to keep it that way.   Posted: 10/22/2025 21:19:35
