About the Image(s)
This Image was taken on a recent road trip to the Northeast attempting to find some brilliant fall foliage. We were successful on that point and stopped as several National Wildlife Refuges on the east coast on our way home trying to capture some of the bird migrations taking place now. This image was taken at sunset as we were leaving the Great Dismal Swamp. We passed this area on the way in and it appeared to be very lack luster and uninteresting. On our exiting the sun was just right and brought out the greens and yellows of this area brilliantly. We had to stop to capture the colors and tranquility.
Edited in Camera Raw by adjusting a few sliders and then to luminance and reduced some of the super bright yellows and green the camera captured. I made this choice because the actual image in the camera did capture the true colors we saw but the greens and yellows appeared too oversaturated to the eye. I would like some other opinions on the colors.
Canon R5, f/7.1, 1/100 sec, ISO 320, 100mm on a 24-240mm lens, handheld.
