About the Image(s)

Taken in Tbilisi, Georgia on a sidewalk - likely a Gypsy tent. This is a story telling image about home can be wherever you choose to call home - home is not a location or a building - it is a place where our heart can find rest - especially on a fishing trip. The tent is small but looks comfortable.

Taken in B&W with a Nikon D810, 28-300mm lens at 42mm, f/6.3, 1/60 second handheld. Processing, Photoshop and SilverEfex Pro. I chose a vignette to bring the viewer’s attention to the tent. I would have like to flip it horizontally but that would have made the fishing sign backwards. I also tried tilting the image, so the center pole was vertical but lost too much of the tent off the image. All, thoughts, comments, suggestions welcome.
