Both are good photographs, but I'm not certain the aspens are the right texture to go with the face. Picking up Ian's point, I would darken the whole picture and lighten some of the texture over the face, especially the eyes.   Posted: 07/10/2026 10:02:11

Your composite is agood example of a moody image. I like the wy you merged the different layers Mly suggestion, which is meted by some of other members, is that your granddaughter should stand out more. Maybe erase the area over her face at between 50 - 70 percent opacity and see how that looks. This would have a to occur furring the compositing process as it would mot work after fusing the layers. The composite is a good idea and it makes sense to have the girl peering out betwee the trees. Good job.   Posted: 07/16/2026 22:55:39
