I took a photo from a recent trip and followed Youtube instructions using polar coordinates to make a "Little Planet". I didn't love my first attempt so I modified my original a bit. Then I rendered clouds over top, blending them in. I found an eye on adobe stock which I added to the center, then finished with an overlay with frame from ON1.

I really like the background you have created with the oranges,blues and "dust". Works really well.
I think it might work better if you could see more of the eye as it isn't obviously clear as to what you are looking at. Also lighten it up a little?
