About the Image(s)

Taken in Sweden in Winter. I like this square with the triangular paving and we have stayed near it a couple of times so I get the chance of taking photos without too many people. The weather this time was grey and gloomy so no major problems with heavy, distinct shadows. In the original, there were more people but I liked the position of the two at the front. I copied the man at the back left and moved him to a good place on the right to make another triangle. I then had to make good the lamps on the wire so copied one further along which was the right size and replaced it, I also removed the woman standing with her back to me. I decided it was much better without the steps and bits of notices at the back so cropped them off and made sure the triangles at the top were roughly horizontal and the same size, although I liked the slight angle on the triangles at the front. Job done! I used it in a monthly comp and it did quite well.
