I went to our local lake last night and was aiming into the sunset over the dam when I saw "Jesus" walking by. See the original shot. (Actually, he was a Muslim man in a long robe.) Processing: crop, straighten, saturation, hue, contrast, darken, sharpen
Nikon D750 on automatic settings into the sun.

I like your crop. I'm guessing the increased contrast caused the rays of the sun to be more defined which adds to your story. Posted: 10/11/2025 21:25:01

Great capture Karen. The only thing I would do is to remove those wispy longer strands of grass far right edge and just in front of the figure, a very minor point. Posted: 10/13/2025 21:06:16
This is a great capture. I normally wouldn't have a person in the middle of the frame, but it works in this image. The only thing I would try is seeing if you could take some of the noise out of the sky. The wispy grass on the right side could be removed, but the one near the man leads me back to the man so I would leave that one. Posted: 10/20/2025 16:34:49
