I have been experimenting with macro photography. It is more difficult (for me) than it appears. I struggle with focus and DoF. This is one of my best images but still not close to ideal as far as DoF.
Settings: 1/125, F10 ISO 320, with diffused flash.

Best detail I have ever seen on a butterfly close up. You can see all the pollen stuck to the animals proboscis.
