Hi Marilyn, I hope you ran down to that casino right away to win a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! I do like the composition and subject, well done, you made a good shot of a fleeting moment. I think that the image could have a bit more impact with reducing the levels of the foreground and increasing contrast and saturation of skyline and rainbow.
