About the Image(s)
My husband and I visited Southford Falls near Southbury, Connecticut in October. We hiked in the area and enjoyed the touch of autumn in the trees. I used my Canon EOS R6 at 24mm, f/16, ½ to take this photo of the tiered falls. I didn’t use a tripod for the slow shutter speed, but used a stone wall to prop the hand holding my camera. In Lightroom and PhotoShop, I lowered the exposure, darkened the highlights, increased the contrast, added saturation and vibrance, and added a slight vignette. My goal was to show more of the autumn coloring that was present that morning. I look forward to your comments.
