About the Image(s)

Canon 5D III, f/16, 1/40 sec. ISO 1000

This was my last pepper harvest for this year.

After some discussion about AI last month, I thought I might show this as an example that definitely wouldn't be used in exhibitions. I gave the original image to Gemini and asked for the peppers to be put on an old rustic shelf. After a few corrections that I asked for this was the result. The first image Gemini generated did not have all of the screen showing. I mentioned that it should be included and this was the result in a few seconds. I was amazed at how fast it could show the background through the basket.

I do not think that something like this Generative image should be used in no-AI competitions. It might take years to come up with this if you try to find the scene somewhere and try paste the peppers in a screen onto it.
